The NueSeense Aesthetic Center is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to achieve these goals.
Measures we take to support accessibility
The NueSeense Aesthetic Center takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of this website:
- Includes accessibility as part of our mission statement.
- Integrates accessibility into our internal review before publishing new content.
- Provides continual accessibility training to staff who publish web content.
- Assigns clear accessibility goals and responsibilities.
- Employs formal accessibility quality-assurance methods on a quarterly basis.
- Provides an on-page accessibility toolbar (font resize, contrast, grayscale, negative colors, light background, highlight links, highlight headings, readable font, pause motion, large cursor) available on every page.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to reach full conformance.
Notice of Non-Discrimination
The NueSeense Aesthetic Center complies with applicable federal and state civil-rights laws — including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), and Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act.
We do not discriminate, exclude, or treat people differently on the basis of race, color, national origin, ethnicity, ancestry, age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, marital status, religion, veteran status, genetic information, or any other protected status under applicable law.

Technical specifications
Accessibility of this website relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:
- HTML
- WAI-ARIA
- CSS
- JavaScript
These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML landmarks (
header, main, nav, footer) and a "skip to main content" link for keyboard and screen-reader users. - Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images and empty
altattributes on decorative ones. - Accessible names on icon-only controls (booking, calling, and the accessibility button) via
aria-label. - Form fields with associated
<label>elements, visible focus indicators, and client-side validation with clear error messages. - Color contrast reviewed against WCAG AA using semantic design tokens, including for muted / secondary text.
- Responsive layouts that reflow at 200% zoom and meet minimum 44×44px tap targets on mobile.
- Content structured with a single
h1per page and a logical heading order. - An on-page accessibility toolbar allowing visitors to adjust text size 80–200%, apply grayscale, high-contrast, negative or light-background modes, highlight links and headings, pause motion, switch to a readable font, and enable a large cursor.
- Preferences persist across pages using local storage.
Known limitations
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of this website, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.
- Third-party embedded booking widget: the online-booking overlay is provided by a third party. If it is inaccessible to you, please book by phone at (747) 342-1017 or by email — we will honor all requests at no extra cost and with no delay.
- User-uploaded photography: before/after images and lifestyle photography use short descriptive alt-text. If you need a more detailed description of a specific image, contact us and we will provide one.
- PDFs: if we publish any PDF (intake forms, aftercare, price lists), we will provide it in an accessible HTML or plain-text format on request within one business day.
- No third-party VPAT / independent audit: this site has not undergone an audit by a licensed third-party accessibility auditor. Content on this page is a self-assessment.
Assessment approach
The NueSeense Aesthetic Center assessed the accessibility of this website by the following approach:
- Self-evaluation: the site was evaluated internally against WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria.
- Automated testing: the site is scanned with automated accessibility tooling on every publish.
- Manual review: keyboard-only navigation, focus order, and heading structure are reviewed manually before each publish.
Formal complaint procedure
